Elevator Service and Repair
Our elevator service programs are the result of our
many years of elevator experience and are customized for your specific
elevator equipment for maximum efficiency and longevity.
The first step is to perform our free, no-obligation equipment
evaluation. Our highly trained personnel will document your
equipment specifics and assess the current maintenance
status.
Based on the information gathered, we determine what course of action
is required and develop an equipment service proposal for your elevator
equipment.
In the event that your elevator equipment needs repair, we have at our
disposal local machine and electrical shops to work in conjunction with
our extensive, multi-tier parts network to minimize elevator downtime.
We have three levels of equipment service:
Quality
Maintenance Program Elite (QMP Elite):
We perform regular and systematic maintenance examination including,
lubrication, adjustments, cleaning, and when conditions warrant replace
most parts at no additional cost. Service calls responded to
between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm of regular working days are included, as
well as maintenance related overtime service calls. This
program
also includes complimentary elevator phone monitoring.
Quality
Maintenance Program (Basic):
We perform regular and systematic maintenance examinations including
lubrications, adjustments, cleaning, and when conditions warrant
replace most parts at no additional cost. Service calls
responded
to between 8:00 am and 4:00pm of regular working days are
included. Maintenance related service calls outside of these
hours are billed at premium portion (overtime portion) rates.
Quality
Inspection Service:
We perform monthly or quarterly inspection of equipment and includes
any necessary lubrication of moving equipment. Service calls
are
not included, and any work performed outside of the normal inspections
is billed on a time and materials basis.
Additional
Program Options:
Expanded Hours of Service: normal service hours are expanded to 6:30 am
to 5:30 pm.
Elevator Phone Monitoring: Elevator emergency phones are programmed to
our 24 hours / 7 days a week phone number for monitoring.
Overtime Maintenance: Routine maintenance work is performed
outside of regular working hours of regular working days.
On-site Standby: A elevator technician is on-site in the
event of a service call for rapid response.
